Hailing from Cambodia, Angely is a fervent advocate for climate action and human rights. She values leadership that inspires, determination to achieve goals for the greater good, and compassion that fosters connections among people. Angely envisions her future in empowering local communities by catalyzing change at the grassroots level. For her Rise project, she established the inaugural Cambodia Youth Climate Change Conference—empowering other youths to lead their own climate action projects. She also won the second-place championship in the global Project Green Challenge that funded this conference.
