Rise Fellow 2022

Sofía is a student in Paraguay who is passionate about art, education, and technology. After going through a hard situation online, she felt that spreading awareness about cybersecurity and education was necessary. For her Rise project, she developed a website and community for teenagers to foster a safe place online where everyone can express their ideas and be heard. Sofía has won medals in math olympiads and in national coding competitions. In the future, she hopes to inspire others and contribute to her country.
