A Greek migrant living in Germany, Nefeli is passionate about creating a world in which human rights and equality are guaranteed for everyone. She is excited about political science, sociology and activism. For her Rise project, Nefeli targeted the issue of sexual violence at schools by developing a safety concept that can be applied in three phases. She has since discussed her project in parliament. Nefeli is a recipient of the START scholarship for German high schoolers, and won a state prize for a political essay.
