Naïma feels her purpose in life is to dedicate her life to helping others, and is passionate about making healthcare more sustainable and accessible to all. Some of her proudest achievements include designing a swivel spoon to enable people with hand tremors to eat independently, making water safe to drink using soga cotton and LED lights, and reducing the stigma around disabilities in her community. For her Rise project, Naïma implemented two techniques of filtering water, which she hopes could be used in her community to drink cleaner water.
