Rise Fellow 2023

Majuch is an aspiring agriculturalist and a peer educator with excellent interpersonal skills. Committed to helping people in need, Majuch is implementing community-based resilience-building activities at the peripheries of Bor town, Jonglei State of South Sudan. He is also a passionate advocate for the social justice and human rights of underprivileged girls and women excluded from social decision-making processes. His Rise project aims to empower the crisis-affected population in South Sudan through resilience programming and engagement in agricultural activities to sustain livelihoods. In the future, Majuch hopes to create job opportunities in the agricultural sector.
