Rise Global Winner 2023

Gabriela is a determined, accomplished, and motivated young advocate passionate about education, social justice, and the environment. She demonstrates exceptional determination and leadership, earning praise as an outstanding participant in the Mexican Math Olympiad and a legislator in the Children's Parliament of Mexico. Her project, Sumar x Mexico, reflects her dedication to education by integrating girls into regular school. She also engages in social and environmental projects as a UWC Mostar student. Gabriela's Rise project, "Free from Stereotypes," is a social media initiative that aims to tackle the spread of stereotypes based on misinformation through education, awareness, and a safe space for expression.
