Rise Global Winner 2023

Reyn is a proud Filipina with an interest in public policy. Growing up, she witnessed disparities in her country's education system and was inspired to address the inequity. When she was 13, she founded "The Wagon School," a nonprofit committed to literacy development. For her Rise project, she created "Eskwela sa Daan," a Filipino term that translates to "School on the Road." The project is a mobile classroom initiative that directly educates underprivileged street children in the Philippines. Reyn recognizes that education is not just a personal pursuit but a means to uplift one's community. Her dream is to continue sharing the transformative power of education with others.
