Oluwatomisin Jasmin Ogunnubi

Tomisin’s passion is to empower women in STEM. For her Rise project, Tomisin created a website with a series of quizzes for girls interested in STEM, and used the information to connect them to educational opportunities and organizations where they could grow their interests. In 2016 she designed a mobile GPS application that helps to find lost children; the project was featured in a BBC documentary and earned her several accolades, including the 2017 Nigerian Child Award for “Innovator of the Year” and 2018 WIITSoN Rising Star Award.
