Rise Global Winner 2023

Luis, a STEAM enthusiast from Cusco, Peru, possesses a global perspective shaped by his active participation in collaborative youth communities that amplify their voices. His academic prowess spans various subjects, including music, science, and social service. As a leader and teaching activist, he believes perseverance and dedication can transform the seemingly impossible into reality. For his Rise project, Luis developed an app to connect people through sustainable arts and crafts activities. Luis plans to inspire even more individuals to break down social barriers by establishing an NGO that empowers students to drive positive change within their communities.
