Linette cares deeply about the well-being of humans, animals and nature. An animal rights advocate, she is passionate about canine rights in particular and believes that every dog deserves a loving home or at the very least an opportunity to thrive in a shelter. She hopes to open a local shelter for dogs where they can be treated with the respect and love they deserve. For her Rise project, she created learning opportunities for students during the COVID-19 lockdowns by offering free online English classes.
