Juan is a Colombian social entrepreneur striving to make science and technology more accessible. He co-founded ASOFI, a non-profit organization that designs technological solutions to help underserved populations in Colombia solve everyday problems. Juan's Rise project, llama, is a toll-free phone service that uses AI to bridge the digital gap and provide access to information via basic mobile phones. Juan plans to continue his work on ASOFI and use algorithms to address inequality worldwide.
