Hannah Jade Smith

Hannah is a STEM enthusiast with a mission to make a difference in the lives of everyday people. One of her proudest achievements is competing in the Australasian Brain Bee state finals, which required months of tertiary-level neuroscience study. Hannah is an active STEM Alumni—a title that allows her to mentor students across the state. For her Rise project, Hannah sought to improve adolescents' health and mental well-being in rural Australia by cultivating communities of trust and connection within local high schools. Hannah enjoys playing guitar and spending time with her family and dog in her free time.
