Rise Global Winner 2022

Gerardo is from Mexico and loves to sing. He realized the important role economic situations play in quality and access to education. As such, for his Rise project, he created a free app called “LectusXP” which aims to improve critical thinking, creativity, and analysis for children through fun and interactive readings. At age 11 he won first place in his state at a national academic competition and took a picture with the president. Looking to the future, Gerardo is passionate about improving the life quality of the citizens of his country.
