Eloi is a Catalan teen studying in India with a passion for technology and community engagement. For his Rise project, Eloi developed Nisha News of the Valley!, a digital newsletter in Marathi that aims to empower local students by providing a platform for them to explore interests, contribute to public discourse, and foster civic responsibility. Eloi aspires to become a great scientist and innovator whilst also being dedicated to his family and country.
