George is a Romanian American climate activist living in Cluj Napoca, Romania. For his Rise project, George developed a process to offer online tutoring to younger students called “Improve”. As a scholarship recipient, George is happy to pay it forward to other students and also assist in their development. He intends to research fusion energy as a way to produce clean electricity and reduce global pollution.
