Rise Fellow 2021

Ifeoluwa is looking to engage more women in the study of STEM. For her Rise project, she worked with female STEM professionals and higher-level students to facilitate educational programs for Nigerian girls. She also developed StarGirlsAfrica, a social media campaign aimed to dismantle gender stereotypes around STEM fields. Previously, Ifeoluwa co-created Not Alone, an app that helps relatives and friends of those suffering from PTSD and depression. The app was named the “Most Impactful App” at a startup competition.
