Chouly Thy
Cambodia
For her Rise project, Chouly built on the Social Issues Solutions Club (SISC) she created in 2017 to discuss issues such as fundraising for flood victims, mental health awareness, plastic-free July, and many other initiatives. The SISC provides a platform for youth to come together and use their creativity to solve problems, plan and take action on the issues facing them. She studies Contemporary International Studies at IPU New Zealand and wants to change her major to engineering to mirror her passion for math and problem solving.
